Launching My Javelin Journey: Road to Tokyo 2025 and LA 2028

Hello, my name is David Friedberg, and I’m from Savannah, Georgia.

I graduated from Reinhardt University with a Bachelor’s of Science and am currently pursuing my MBA. During my collegiate track career, I was honored to achieve incredible milestones in Javelin: I am a 3x National Champion, 3x All American, NAIA record holder, 2x South Region Field Athlete of the Year, 4x AAC Champion, 2024 AAC Outdoor Field Athlete of the Year, 2024 Penn Relays Champion and a 2024 Olympic Trials Finalist.

This year marks my first season training and competing post collegiate. I’m raising funds to cover travel cost, equipment cost, and other essential expenses to support my javelin journey. I will be representing Team USA in Germany for the World University Games in July! My ultimate goals are to make the U.S team for the 2025 World Championships in Tokyo and represent Team USA at the 2028 Olympics in Los Angeles.
