Larry Franklin was a warm smile and a firm handshake (or hug) the moment you walked into the hotel. He was always happy to help and never hesitated to welcome you back. One of the first persons you saw entering the building, and the last person as you left. His kindness will be greatly missed, and his spirit will live on in the hearts he touched.
