LAP IT UP 2021
LAP IT UP is the annual relay-triathlon fundraiser, lead by our Year 12 students at St Patrick's College, Launceston, Tasmania.
LAP IT UP provides the opportunity for our College community to put into action our Mission and Values by raising funds and awareness of the need to support others and how effort makes a significant and meaningful impact.
For our 13th year, LAP IT UP will continue the tradition of Year 12 students coming together to raise funds for the Edmund Rice Foundation Australia (ERFA) and five local charities. Through individual and business sponsorship, we look forward to the opportunity to continue to raise significant funds for those in need throughout the world, making a profound and lasting difference in the lives, education and wellbeing of many.
LAP IT UP involves Year 12 students seeking sponsorship to complete a swimming, riding or running/walking leg over a 24 hour period. Each 24 hour slot is covered with a minimum of two people completing each of the three disciplines.
The College is hopeful for 100% participation from Year 12 students as they are encouraged to live out the 2021 College theme, RISE - Reconnect, Immerse, Serve and Empower.
