Lake Vyrnwy Half Marathon for Prostate Cancer UK

As you may know I was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer in 2016 and I thought it was about time I did something to raise awareness of this deadly disease and at the same time raise some money for a charity doing some great work.

I used to do quite a lot of running but my last half marathon was nearly 7 years ago but as I have recently started to run again I thought I should push myself and get back to the distance I loved.
