LA FAMILIA LUNA NOS NECESITA

Donation protected
On Saturday July 2 2022 at 5:20 p.m., during a stop at a traffic light in the city of Destin (Florida), we saw how the life of the Luna family changed, we witnessed the moment in which the vehicle in which they were traveling suffered a collision with other vehicles. We immediately went to help the people involved, while the ambulances and the city police arrived. Unfortunately, two more cars were involved in the accident. However, thank God none of the members of the other two cars were physically affected. but the vehicle where the Luna Family vehicle left was completely unusable, they with great effort managed to evacuate their vehicle and a few meters from it they were injured. Her husband fractured one of his feet in three parts, she who is 7 months pregnant and her baby suffered the most damage in the accident.

Currently 13 days have passed and she is still in the Fort Walton Beach hospital due she has a contusion at the base of her spine, which is why her legs are totally paralyzed, she has no sensation of touch in any of her two feet and the pain in the body is sometimes unbearable, so they have to apply high doses of medication to control the pain.
She was in intensive care (ICU) for 2 days due to the bruise on her head and spine, now she is a little more stable thank God in recovery and intensive physical therapy, in order to recover the mobility of her legs. However, she cannot walk and it is difficult for her to move the left side of her body, she does not have sphincter control and suffers from intense dizziness, they have a two-year-old baby and her current pregnancy is high risk due to a pre-existing medical condition (LUPUS). For now her husband and she are completely unable to work and / or perform any work.
Her diagnosis is reserved, however we believe that impossible is nothing for God and with the therapies and all the effort, she will recover and walk again.
Today she is in a hospital making an effort to walk again and protecting her baby while she reaches her nine months of pregnancy and can be born without any complications, and meanwhile her husband is at home leaning on crutches taking care of their two-year-old daughter.
For these reasons and through this medium, anyone who wants to contribute to this cause is very welcome, the Luna family does not have any relative in this country, nor do they have the enough resources to go through these circumstances, also they need to pay a percentage of the hospital bill and the expenses cuased while they recover from this accident.
This is a case that reminds us how fragile we can be in the life's circumstances and likewise how in the blink of an eye life can change us, they today need our support to make this difficult situation a little more bearable.
