My whole life, I have been completely in love with the latinamerican culture and their people. I want nothing more than to follow my dreams and follow my wonderful God that I serve. Currently, I am  a student at Asbury University and I am majoring in Spanish and Psychology so that I can become a counselor. Since I have always known in my heart that I was going to travel this beautiful world as a missionary, I thought it would be best to study in a field that would teach me to understand different skills to talk to people and help them better their lives through showing kindness, understanding, and giving all of this overflowing love that my God has given me.  I have been accepted into an amazing study abroad program called Ecela in Buenos Aires, Argentina for this summer of 2015. This is specifically a spanish and counseling program designed especially for students that love the hispanic culture and want to help the people of their communities through their acquired counseling skills. I am currently working five jobs, studying as a full time student, and practice several hours a week as a member of the Asbury University Tumbling Team. The opportunity that Ecela presents will help me to cultivate and develop the counseling and spanish skills that will prepare me for a life in the mission field. With your help, I will be able to take one of the first steps of many amazing journeys to share His love on the mission field.
