1000 Flights to Haiti
Donation protected
As some of you know Bek and I are going on a medical mission trip to Haiti. The average Haitian worker can make as little as $3/day. Considering the average American worker spends that on coffee alone is humbling to say the least. So to remind myself of some things I take for granted I've decided to forego some luxuries. I work on the 8th floor of Lenox Hill Hospital in NYC. My elevator is pretty luxurious. So for the next month there will be no elevator - only steps and no excuses. My goal is 1000 flights of stairs by March 3rd. I'm asking for you to commit a penny, a nickel or maybe even a dime for every flight climbed. The proceeds help with travel costs, medications and the ongoing support of the clinic.
It all starts Tue Feb 3rd.
