My names Kenzie Dignan, Kyle to me was not only my first love but my best friend. He was a huge part of not only my life but SO MANY lives and the impact he had on those around him was extraordinary. Kyle truly lived every moment as though it was his last, he never complained, was always smiling and 100% lived up to his most recent title “the golden boy of stockport”. For those that don’t already know, kyle was involved in a severe car crash that resulted in him sadly loosing his life. It is heart breaking to be having to do this but i feel the only positive thing to take from this tragic experience is the opportunity to create awareness for not only all young children that suffer day to day with ADHD, (something that also consumed a lot of negative situations kyle went through) but for the families that are left behind to pick up the pieces after horrific events take place like this one.
Therefore, i have set the target as the date of kyles birthday 12/12/03 as nothing is ever impossible! The ADHD action will receive 25% of this target to help children and families that deserve support, as a mental disability is just as severe and consuming as a physical one. Also Kyles grandads charity ‘The Mustard Tree’ that support and look after the homeless will receive another 25% of what we raise in hope to keep people on the right paths and give them a positive outlook for what the future may bring. In order to complete the above myself and Lewis Nicol (kyles good friend) who currently serves in the royal navy have decided to take it upon ourselves to do a sponsored walk to the top of Snowdon. In the world we live in today and the uncertainty of peoples jobs and income we have decided to donate the opposing 50% to kyles family (who deserve every penny) to ensure the stability of their family in this time of need and to take all worries besides missing their Son, away.
Once covid restrictions have been lifted and Snowdon National Park reopens, the walk will take place! All footage of the walk will be posted on instagram and for anyone that would like to take part message me or lewis on
