Dear Family & Friends...

This has been a whirlwind of a week to say the least.  Mama & I are back in Dallas after experiencing the sacred ceremony of celebrating the life of my brother R.D. Gray.  We are still in shock & already miss him so much.  Please keep praying for Grandma Jody who is feeling the unnatural grief of a Mother losing a child, and for his wife Sabrina, who is beyond sad about her soulmate dying. Our Family really appreciates all the heartfelt condolences we have received from so many of you.  It means a lot to feel the love when we need it the most!

And now for an update on my dear husband Kristian Craige.  His spirit is stronger than ever, even after 5 months of being falsely incarcerated.  The attorney we hired, Chris Grasso is doing everything in his power to get him released.  During the last court hearing which was on April 22nd, he was frustrated because he saw with his own eyes how Kristian is being mistreated & discriminated against.  The next court hearing is Thursday, April 29th.  We remain hopeful that the Judge will finally let him out.  He has a job waiting for him with Victory Outreach as a Musical Minister where he will be able to sublease a room and stay in Vegas so he can prepare his defense for a jury trial on September 13th.

When he is vindicated, which we know will happen because we have the Truth on our side, he will happily return to Dallas were he belongs.  What a wonderful feeling it will be, to reunite after such a strange ordeal.   We will be so grateful to have him home with us.  Freedom is priceless!

I know a lot of you who are reading this, have already donated and we really appreciate your generosity .  I’m not sure what we would have done without you.  I’m sharing our GoFundMe again because we still need help.  I’ve paid the lawyer $7000 so far and still owe him $2000 which is only pretrial costs. Those of you who have been through something like this, know how expensive it is to keep a loved one in commissary & phone calls. Kristian says it is heartbreaking to see the reality of our criminal justice system on the inside. My heart goes out to the inmates who don’t have the support of loved ones.

Hopefully we will close this chapter soon and get on with our dream of touching peoples’ hearts with our music. More than ever, we realize how fortunate we are just to be alive and how important our message is to Never Give Up and Keep Moving Forward no matter what!

Peace...

Hi Family & Friends...

It has been over 3 months, and Kristian is still in jail because of alleged charges.  We talk everyday and continue to hope that this will be over soon.  The attorney we hired, Chris Grasso, is determined to help and we are confident in his ability to do so.  Next court date is Tuesday, March 2nd at 8:30am.

Thanks to your generous donations on this GoFundMe, we have raised $5600 so far.  The lawyer has been paid $4500 up front with $4500 still due.  If it ends up going to a Jury Trial it will cost even more.  Some of you have sent money directly to me which is enabling me to have his car transported from Vegas to Dallas and to keep sending him funds for phone & commissary.  We really appreciate your friendship and support.

Mama & I, along with Angel, Harley, Jonnie Ross, Nia & Mystic, were so grateful to make it through the extreme weather without losing power or water. The House of High Hopes is small, old, & drafty and yet we were protected.  On the vaccine front, Mama has had both of hers & I have had my first one. Our hearts go out to those who are suffering for so many different reasons. ❤️

Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers! ✌

Peace...

Dear Family & Friends...

I am humbled to the point of asking for help on behalf of my husband, Kristian Craige.  On November 23, 2020, which happened to be his 53rd Birthday, he was arrested in Las Vegas and to this day, is still incarcerated.  The alleged charges are serious and the bail is excessive.  We feel he is being discriminated against for being Native American.  He has no criminal record and is not a threat to society.

For those of you who don’t know, Kristian has been working in Las Vegas as a Volunteer for his Native American Family, Tribal Nations United Ministries (TNU.global).  Many of you probably remember that from 2010-2016 we had the profound privilege of caring for his dear Mother, “Mama Loyce”, who was unable to do anything for herself due to advanced Alzhiemers.  When she passed away, he got involved with TNU and vowed to his ancestors to live his truth of being Choctaw Native American, which is their authentic heritage.  Kristian became a Minister and a Deputy Marshall within TNU and dedicated his life to helping others understand their rights as indigenous people inside the United States Constitution of America.

I am Kristian’s Power of Attorney, therefore,  it is up to me to handle his personal and business affairs while he is unable to do so.  This has proven to be complicated and expensive to say the least.  I have an attorney in Dallas who is representing me and guiding us through this unusual situation.  At present Kristian has no legal counsel to facilitate getting him released.  He questions whether a public defender would have his best interest at heart, and yet realizes he needs professional representation.  We have a quote from a respected attorney for $10,000.  The funds raised will also go to saving his car which was illegally seized and is being held at an impound storage facility.

In the meantime, I am devoting my life to being a full time care giver to my sweet Mama, Jody Gray who is 91 years old.  She is doing great at the House of High Hopes, and we are both so grateful to be together for the rest of her life.  My biggest responsibility is to keep her safe and happy, which I’m honored to do.

Kristian and I practice  Nichiren Daishonin’s Buddhism and are long time members of Soka Gakkai International (SGI-USA.org).   We chant NamMyohoRengeKyo for ourselves and the happiness of the whole world.  We are strengthened by our faith, knowing that out of great evil comes great good and Winter always turns to Spring.  His four sons and four grandchildren in New Orleans are his inspiration and reasons for living.

Almost a decade ago, we started our 501c3 Non-profit organization (MysticMediaFoundation.org) and our Entertainment Company (NeverGiveUpEntertainment.com).  Our motto has always been “Never Give Up”  & “Keep Moving Forward” which are two of our favorite original songs.  These messages are needed now more than ever with what we are going through. We love sharing our music and hope to perform together again soon.

Please consider sharing this link so we can get it to as many people as possible.  We really appreciate you sending prayers and positive energy, and thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all donations given!

Peace...
