The Fight Against Homelessness

According to the Michigan State Homeless Information System, there over 10,000 people living homeless in Detroit as of 2019. Now with Covid, that number is on the rise.

I’m asking for your donation to help me put together basic warmth & hygiene packages for these individuals who could all use a little help during these extra chilly and challenging months.

A standard package will include items like, toothpaste, toothbrush, soap, wet wipes, chap stick, bandaids, Advil, toilet paper/tissues, deodorant, and other items to help keep warm (sleeping bags, underwear, tents, blankets,gloves, hats, hand warmers, socks). 

If you’ve been looking for a chance to give back but cannot donate the time, this is your opportunity. Let me take care of the logistics for you.

I know that I have been very fortunate in my life and not everyone has had that same privilege. I feel that it is my duty to give back to my community and I would be so grateful for any extra help
