Knox College Emergency Solidarity Resources
With the extension of spring break and the move to put half of Spring Term online due to continued spread of COVID-19, we the Knox College Young Democratic Socialists of America are requesting all the wonderful members of our community to donate money so we can stand in solidarity with one another in this frightening time and ensure that everyone's needs are met to the best of our abilities.
Students who can't stay on campus as they have previously planned are going to be out of housing, work, access to medical resources, transportation, and food. This impacts all of us, so we have to come together for all of us. We will be compiling both financial and social resources to redistribute to those who need it!
Please donate what you can to help students, staff, and faculty be able to access the resources they need to live!
My name is Phelix Venters-Sefic and I am a student of Knox college, myself and others are raising this money for fellow classmates who will need these funds to provide for themselves during the online term. I will be pulling out this money into my bank account, however, the funds will be going to the people who filled out this form:
