Knock Out Epilepsy With Jett

Jett was born with a cortical dysplasia which caused him to start having seizures at a young age. He was diagnosed with a rare form of epilepsy called infantile spasms in January of 2016. He has intractable epilepsy and now suffers from multiple types of seizures. The seizures have affected his ability to speak so he suffers from a severe speech delay. Jett is scheduled to have surgery the second week of November to have a temporal lobectomy. Jett's Drs believe this will give him some relief from all the seizure activity. With the surgery comes big risk. So Jett's speech can be affected even more. His Drs believe that with time and lots of therapy he will be able to relearn what he already knows now plus more!
