As the Covid-19 situation has interrupted life as we know it, we have a team of lads at Knock GAA that are absolutely thriving at present and so we thought we might help ourselves and a nursing home that is close to many local people’s hearts, the DEAN MAXWELL Community Nursing Home, Roscrea, Co. Tipperary.
Our aim as a club is to walk 1,000 km in just under 3 weeks, walks by individual club members will be recorded on a daily basis and posted collectively to Facebook every day over the 3-week period to track the progress.
Our aim as a team with your help is to raise €500 for this fantastic cause, and remember 100% OF THE PROCEEDS RAISED WILL GO TO DEAN MAXWELL NURSING HOME.
Please note all Government Covid-19 restrictions will be adhered too with participants staying within 2km of home at all times
