Help an Orphan: Ibrahim Muse Abdi

Due to the devastating cyclone that hit Awdal region of Somaliland/Somalia Ibrahim Muse Abdi lost eight members of his immediate family. He lost his parents and six of his siblings. By the mercy of Allah, him and his sister are the sole survivors as the cyclone hit their village while they were away in school. This young man lost everything in a split second and needs all support he can get to cover funeral costs and to start his life over. Ibrahim is a student and will need financial support to continue his studies.

His heartbreaking interview was seen by many across social media and has moved many to tears. His unimaginable loss should remind us all of  the many blessings of Allah. As we are in the holy month of Ramadan, a time to give charity and to support those in need. Any help you can give is kindly appreciated whether financially or in the form duaa for him and his family!
