Funeral Fund

My name is Jamie Pollard and what we thought was just a simple doctors visit 2 weeks ago turned out to be much more than what my family and I expected, he had stage four lung cancer. I lost someone near and dear to my heart. My father Randy was called home on December 10, 2015.
