Funeral expenses for Peggy Herron

How do you possibly find the strength to plan a funeral for your mother? When I did this for my son, I was completely numb. I don't know if I can today. Where is that numbness I had with Jermaine?
My mom was very sick and we were waiting for results from tests for lung cancer. Her neighbors didn't see her all day yesterday, which is unusual. So they called 911 and she was found in her house. Sleeping very peacefully on her couch. They called me and I left work. When I got there, she was on her couch. I work in hospice and often perform postmortem care. I've seen a hundred people pass away and NEVER have I witnessed so much peace. Never until I saw my mom laying there. I am convinced that she laid down, fell asleep and woke up with Jermaine. I know that she is in Heaven with Jermaine. I just feel it.
But how do I accept that she is gone. How do I do this?

Along with our closest family, I made arrangements for my moms funeral today. The cost, as you may know, is high to give a loved one a beautiful funeral and my mother deserved it.
I, so far, have been unable to locate a life insurance policy and believe she was unable to afford it and cancelled it within the last couple of years.
I'm a single mother and can not afford these costs but I'm determined to find a way.
Any little contribution will help me tremendously.
