Kirsty’s Cancer Kitty

After a couple of stressful and worrying months of tests, our friend Kirsty found out last week that she has breast cancer and needs to have a mastectomy.

On receiving the news, one of Kirsty’s first
thoughts was how would she support her
family financially if she had to have at least 3 months off work on just statutory sick pay. 

Kirsty needs to put all her focus and energy into fighting this battle, and therefore we are hoping, with a little help from her friends and family we can take the day to day financial worries  away. 

Every pound will make such a difference over these coming months - let’s all pull together to get Kirsty and her family through it! 

As good friends’ of Kirsty, we did not feel our support could go far enough for her, and so we came up with this idea to ask others to help us!
