Kirk's expenses

On October 25, 2018, I was fired from my job at Town Pump.

It seems that when I was dropping cash from my till to the store safe, some bills would be rejected by the bill feeder, then pulled into the safe with another bill. Every time this happened, my till at the end of the shift would be short as I was entering into the  register what the safe report claimed I had dropped. I suspect (but could not prove) that the bills pulled in were not registered. Because of this, I was written up five times and then terminated. Since then, I have been actively looking for work, but so far I have had only a couple of interviews.

I have no money, and could lose my car, my phone and my internet, all of which would make it extremely hard to find a job. It's hard enough finding a job at my age (62). I have filed for early Social Security, which will pay my rent, but not much else (that will start next month).

I really don't like to ask other people for money, but I am at the end of my rope (I have $8 in my checking account), and am asking for help with my bills, not for any spending money.

I would appreciate greatly any help that can be provided.
