Kind Homeless Woman in Need

Sam is a very nice and kind 31 year old woman who is unfortunately homeless in Norfolk, VA, away from friends and family in New Jersey, after she moved here and her plans fell through.
I met her a month ago when I was driving home from my college and saw her at an intersection asking money. at stopped to give her some cash and have been helping her with funds for food and shelter, but the COVID-19 madness and quarantine is affecting my ability to do so.
All funds will go to food, shelter, and hopefully a ride back to her hometown when travel is safe again. Any funds you give, no matter how small, would help a lot and we would both be extremely grateful!
