Kim Howard Trailer Fire-please help

Hi my name is Roberta and my neighbor Kim Howard's trailer caught fire today. She's disable and has alot of mobility issues. Luckily my son Ian saw the smoke and was able to rescue her and her lil dog before the fire department could get there. She had no insurance and the trailer is a total loss with most all of her possessions inside. Kim is disabler and an insulin dependent diabetic. She lost the mobility scooters and walker she uses to get around. Any help you can give to help her recover and hopefully rebuild would be greatly appreciated.
