Kim Climbs Kilimanjaro

Hello Friends, Family, Colleagues, and benevolent strangers, On the 13th of December 2024 (unlucky for some but not for me, I hope), I will undertake one of the seven summits on an exclusively female-led nine-day expedition to the 19,341 ft peak of Mount Kilimanjaro, Tanzania.

When tough times hit, life can feel out of control. This expedition is not just a climb; it's a statement. It's a prime opportunity to demonstrate how an unwavering positive attitude can overcome barriers in the face of adversity.

As you can imagine, a feat like this comes at a price (hopefully only in the monetary sense). All funds raised will cover the expedition fees, flights, visas, insurance, and mountaineering equipment. Any donations are hugely appreciated and will go a long way to ensuring I reach the heights of this mammoth challenge. All funds that exceed the expedition fees will be donated to MNDA, a leading charity that funds research and supports people with motor neurone disease (MND).
