Jon was in a serious car accident on December 7, 2013. He was in a coma for several months and initially was not expected to survive. He sustained a brain injury and as a result, Jon has serious speech, mobility and visual issues.

During his time in the hospital, doctors reported that Jon would NOT survive the week, that he would NOT emerge from the coma, that he would NOT regain cognition, that he would NOT talk, that he would NOT walk.  Well, God had another plan! He DID survive, he DID emerge from the coma, he DID regain cognition, he DID regain speech (albeit, impaired) and he DID regain minimal mobility as he walks with great labor and great assistance.

Jon is currently going through a costly and critical treatment with hope that it will greatly further his recovery. Through this Hyperbaric Oxygen Treatment (HBOT), we are praying that it will help increase his cognition, increase activity on his left side and ultimately increase balance and mobility.

In addition to this HBOT treatment, Jon also needs $20,000 to buy a piece of equipment called the RT300 that will aid with his mobility.
