Kenosia fields shade pavilion

Hello,
My name is Reed Lyall, I am a fifteen year old from Danbury, CT. I am also a candidate for the rank of Eagle Scout from Troop 52 chartered at the King Street Church. You might be wondering what an Eagle Scout is, it is the highest and most coveted rank in Boy Scouts. There are many requirements to earn this rank, one of which is leading an Eagle Scout project that benefits the community. My Brother, Jack and I very much enjoy playing soccer and we decided to do projects that would benefit all residents of the Greater Danbury community as well as our local soccer club. We decided to build a shade pavilion with my brother working on the shade and myself working on a 2000 square foot patio and 6 picnic tables to put underneath, and around the shade at Kenosia Park in Danbury. This location would now allow for other people to benefit including the families that visit Kenosia park to experience one of the many activities there including the water park, playground, the lake and the food trucks (My personal favorite Rice and Beans). With generous donations from several local organizations we have already completed the shade pavilion and I am now working on raising money for the patio and the picnic tables. We have worked closely with many businesses from the Danbury area including the City of Danbury. With this help we have been able to drastically reduce the cost of this project. The goal is to raise 4500 dollars. We have everything lined up, all that is left is funding and follow through. With your help I believe this project could be complete by the end of the Autumn. Any or all donations would be greatly appreciated.
