Kenny's Africa Volunteer Work

Hi! Thank you for reading this. I am Kenny, a student at Berkeley.

This summer, I will be volunteering in remote areas in Africa (Tanzania) with Raleigh International, a non-profit based in the UK. It is important to lead a happy and fulfilling life, do what I love, and go beyond myself to help others!

I hope YOU could join me in this cause. I am hoping to raise about $2000, half of the cost. Any amount is greatly appreciated!

3 Reasons Why You Should Donate:
1. 100% of your money will go towards funding my projects in conjunction with the local communities in inaccessible, remote areas of Africa. My work will vary from building new health and sanitization facilities, building schools for children, and wildlife preservation (turtle, sun bears, tigers, elephants, etc.)!
2. Your money will be so much better used than if you were to donate it to certain charity organizations that incur lots of administration and marketing costs, and don’t have special permits to trek remote landscapes and work there!
3. You will have a special place in my heart :)

Should donations reach:
$500 - I will have the word “Africa” on my arm for 2 weeks, immediately after the goal is reached.
$1000 - I will record myself singing and (embarrassingly) dancing in Tanzania. Song choice by the top donor.
$1500 - TBD
$2000 - I will shave my head in the beginning of next semester.

If donations go above $2000, we’ll come up with something epic.
