Kenley’s 5th Birthday Donations!

Kenley Alden Hayes was born sleeping at 38 weeks and 4 days on December 29th, 2015. She was perfectly healthy, but died from a blood clot in her cord.

This year we are raising money for what should be Kenley’s 5th birthday. Instead of care packages this year, we are raising funds to donate a high quality digital camera and photo printer with extra ink and paper. 

We were blindsided by Kenley’s death and photos were so far from our minds that we have very few from right when she was born. NILMDTS came in the second day and took photos but she had changed so much that she didn’t even look like herself.

Buy purchasing a camera and photo printer for the Labor and Delivery unit at Mt.Carmel we are giving parents the option to have photos taken immediately after their child is born sleeping. We will never get more photos of our perfect girl, but it is our hope that donating these items will give other parents that gift.
