Hi everyone, brother ChiChi has been living in Mexico for the past 7 years . He contracted West Nile encephalitis. This has greatly impaired his brain and motor functions. He requires 24 /7 hospital care and rehabilitation. He has sarcoma cancer that has become a large cyst on his back . Brother cannot receive any treatment for the cancer because he is not strong enough to receive radiation or chemo therapy. He has has been at the VA hospital in Tucson Arizona since September 4th . Brother served in the military but he’s not getting full benefits for this. The family has been trying to get him home for almost three months . We are going back for the third time and it has become costly just to get brother home. Chi Chi loved every one, family & friends. He has been accepted to go to Pontchartrain nursing home here in Mandeville . Friends are encouraged to geaux to visit him to help bring him back to the old Chi Chi we know and love. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated .❤️❤️
