Keep the West Vancouver Legion Going

COVID 19 has hit us all including Branch 60 of the Legion.  With the closing of the building we are now unable to operate and are seeking donations to keep the branch going.  Branch 60 is home of the West Vancouver Poppy fund that raised over $95,000 last year for veterans.  We donate to the pathfinders, Air cadets, Sea Cadets, Lionsgate Hospital Foundation and the Hospice.   The Legion needs to survive so that we can continue to do the many service functions we provide each year.  Every year for Remembrance Day the branch along with West Vancouver High school students, cemetery workers place over 1,000 white crosses on the graves of veterans at Capilano view Cemetery.
