My name is Taayoo Murray and I'm a health writer based in NYC. Work has been sporadic. I have been struggling for months, like everyone else, to literally survive. I have been digging and filling metaphorical financial holes and my arms are tired.

My most recent foray has been into housekeeping, and that luckily has kept my son and I fed and the utilities mostly paid.

It however cannot cover rent. And yes I'm in arrears.
