More information about Rebuilding Together Oakland: Home and shelter rehabilitation and aging in place services for low-income seniors, veterans and disabled individuals at no cost to the people we serve. Our operation relies on the participation of skilled and unskilled volunteers, community and business partnerships, sponsorships of projects and events, relationships with Cities in the East Bay, and financial support of donors, the compassion and leadership of our staff and board.
Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have had to shift our focus in order to keep our clients safe So we have started the "Keep Oakland Covered" campaign. Our hope and goal is to repair or replace as many dilapidated roofs for homebound East Bay residents as we can.
