Keep MarchFourth on the Road!

Hey Fellow Earthlings!  If you've seen MarchFourth live before, you know that we bring a gigantic show along with us to entertain the masses. We feel like part of the draw in seeing us perform is the size and quality of the stage show that we set up night in and night out. We aren't here to go on and on about how difficult and rewarding it is to bring a show of this magnitude around the country; we know and love those challenges because they fuel us to come with energy and passion every time we hit the stage.
We want to talk about the perfect storm of everything happening  at once.
At the end of our Fall tour in California, our tour bus suffered a catastrophic rear end failure that resulted in the drive axle fusing to the back of the bus. A $40,000 repair bill later, we had it back in Portland and got the band back into the studio to continue working on a new album full of excellent tunes that we have been working into the live sets over the last year. Between the bus repairs and the production costs of working in the studio we pretty much wiped out our savings and have been continuing to work only through the generosity of members of the band and our local community that supports us.
Thinking our problems all behind us, we set out on the Winter Tour adventure, driving 1000 miles to the south on our way to Tucson and 60 miles outside of Phoenix, the rear brakes seemed to lock on and started heating up. Fearing the actual real danger of the situation we stopped on the side of a highway and limped into the city. The bus went into the repair shop and we fear the worst. This is not the first time the bus has acted up and we cannot stress to you how much we rely on it to keep this show on the road. It is our home away from home, our kitchen, our bathroom, our green room, our refuge, and our method of transportation. We don't just ride on it between shows, we live on it when on the road. It really does make the shows we perform possible, since we don't have to stop for meals or get hotels.
In order to continue the tour we decided to rent vans and a box truck at a tremendous cost and at least continue to honor the commitments to the cities we booked this winter. These new costs, plus bus repairs have put a tremendous strain on our already thin resources. As a matter of fact, we don't have any, and that's why we are here asking our many fans for some extra support.
We have counted on you so much in the past and you have always been there for us, and now we're reaching out in our moment of greatest need. We love and appreciate all of you who have come along on this journey with us over the last 17 years, and we're just not ready to be done! We have more music and more joy to share with the world, and we hope that you see the value in helping us continue.
Please donate if you can, anything helps! Please share this and spread the word; we are always trying to get the music into as many ears as possible! If there are any other ways you can help us, we are often on the road and rely on you, the fans, to keep the music marching along!
We are still on tour, we are still coming to your town, and we still have multiple tours booked for this spring, summer, and into the fall; so don't worry, we're coming! We just need your help to make sure we can do the sort of show you've come to expect of us. We LOVE you! We APPRECIATE you! And we can't wait to come play that party-rockin music in your town soon!
