Interesting Facts about KLOI:
KLOI was conceived during the 1999-2000 School year by students at Lopez High School.  In 2001, the non-profit, Gathering of Island Voices and Expressions (GIVE) was formed and an application was filed with the FCC to form a radio station. Four years passed and suddenly we were awarded a license for a low power radio station— and KLOI-LP was born!
