Keep Indigenous Family Together

Immigration Canada has denied Indigenous father of four Humanitarian and Compassionate grounds application to be with his family.  

This process has been going on for 9 years and a decision was made June 5th, 2020 and there are only 15 days to appeal the decision to the Supreme Court of Canada. Funds are needed immediately to challenge this decision. 

He is a founding member of the Indigenous Life School. They are living traditionally on their ancestral lands and are active in the resurgence of their culture and way of life. 

They need support in this process so they will not be divided and the children forced to live without their father. He has full permission from the local Indigenous nation and obligations towards his children. He also has been welcomed by other nations within so called BC and we reject the states' decision to deem him illegal. 

In the age of "reconciliation" this decision is another crime committed by the colonial state that has been illegally occupying our lands for 150 years. 

We reject the states attempt to remove an Indigenous father from his children in their homelands and ask for your support to keep this family together.
