A disabled Sewickley man has received notice that his beloved home, of 25 years, will be condemned, if he doesn't bring it up to code, asap. Relatives have exhausted their discretionary income to help him. First priority is electricity. The power company has shut him off until he can get the triplex wire secure and panel box repaired. Then need a new roof and driveway repair.
