Critical Moment for Santa Rosa Dance Theater

SRDT has become a home for dancers of all ages and a vibrant part of our community. Each year, we bring performances like The Nutcracker to life, giving students the opportunity to develop their artistry, confidence, and discipline.

But keeping a high-quality dance program alive—especially in today’s economic climate—is not easy. Many dance studios don’t survive, and the reality is that arts organizations like ours depend on the generosity of our community.

This is a pivotal moment for Santa Rosa Dance Theater. Rising costs for rent, production, and staff mean we need your support to continue providing excellent training, performances, and opportunities for our students.

Ongoing throughout 2025, we are raising funds to cover the cost of rent, which has increased over 16% since December of 2024. Our biggest monthly expense is rent for our beautiful studio space, where our dancers train and grow. Your support ensures we can continue providing top-notch ballet education. Your donation means keeping our classes affordable for all.

$100 = 2 tickets to our in-studio Spring Show

$200 = The $100 perk plus Backstage passes for Nutcracker 2025

$350 = all of the above plus 4 free dance classes

$500 = all of the above plus an hour-long private dance lesson

$1000= all of the above plus one free week of summer camp or 1-year all-access pass to every Workshop/ Masterclass
