I am raising funds for my elderly relative, a war veteran who lives with COPD. I help care for him, and right now his home is going into foreclosure because of health and financial issues.
This situation has been deeply stressful, and that stress is making his COPD worse. More than anything, it is my wish that he be able to remain in his home for the rest of his life. Keeping that stability in place means so much as he continues to face serious health challenges.
The funds from this fundraiser will be used to catch up on back taxes that need to be paid by December 2026. Support will go directly toward helping prevent the foreclosure and giving him a chance to stay in the home he knows.
