Keenan's Walking the Camino for Southern Area Hospice-Newry
Do you want to join me in making a difference? Help me raise much needed funds for our local Southern Area Hospice. We lost our beloved Auntie Mary on 7th May 2024. The Southern Area Hospice Nursing at home services were amazing support to our Family and more importantly Auntie Mary. As a small token of appreciation, I aim to raise £1000 for Southern Area Hospice in Aunt Mary's memory. If you can please donate no matter how small, I would really appreciate it. Feel free to share the link and spread the word.
Some people have told me I would raise more money doing a sponsored silence lol.
The Southern Area Hospice provide invaluable care and support to patients and their families with life limiting illnesses. The Hospice need to fundraise £3.6 million this year alone, which is approx. £300,000 per month to enable them to continue to provide excellent care and support to Families.
I am walking the Camino at the end of May, (French Way) with my great friend Selina, starting off in St Jean Pied De Port, hiking over the French Pyrenees, onto Roncesvalles, & Zubiri & into Pamplona (70km). I will also be walking 100 miles in the month of May to raise funds. I really appreciate any support. Many thanks.
