Remembering Robyn
As most of you will be aware we tragically lost our 3 year old baby girl on 3rd August 2020. Since then we have been raising funds to create a room at the hospital in memory of Robyn.
To date we have completed numerous raffles due to lockdown. Our aim for our girl’s angel date on 3rd August was to have an outdoor festival but due to Covid restrictions we have put this on hold. So we have a few other ideas and would love if you could donate any little amount to our efforts...
- some of Robyn’s team have been climbing Munro’s and will be climbing Ben Nevis for Robyn’s angel date. The climb will happen on 8th August 2021. We will be climbing 10 in total. To date we have climbed Ben Chonzie, Schiehallion, and Ben Lomond. Our plan is to climb the 3 Cairnwells on 27/06, Ben Lawyers and Ben Ghlas on 11/07 and 1 more on 25/07.
- all of the Remembering Robyn team will also be completing a walk throughout Robyn’s angel month of August. We will walk equal to the distance it is from our home in Cardenden to Disneyland Florida as this would have been our next holiday with our girl. The final day of our walk will be Saturday 28th August where we will walk from our home in Cardenden to Robyn’s resting place so we finish with her.
After completing the hospital room we will also be continuing our fundraising efforts in order to provide helping hand boxes to bereaved parents along with dance scholarships and nursery scholarships - 2 of Robyn’s favourite places! Any donation is greatly appreciate!!!
