Stop the Violence! Kansas City Murder Free Weekend – Fourth of July Weekend
Kansas City, Missouri, June 20, 2020: The KC Murder Free Weekend was born out of a meeting of young black men. Bishop Mark Tolbert, Pastor Marvin Kirkwood and Pastor Chris Collier met with groups of young black men in 3 specific local areas of the greater metro area of Kansas City and asked them if they would be willing to put guns down for a weekend and pop firecrackers and not guns.
