Kaydee Windom is doing well at OSU 2024!
Donation protected
For Everyone that contributed resources to Kaydee at one of her lowest points so far in her life, WE APPRECIATE AND THANK YOU! Without YOUR help so far she wouldn’t be where she is currently!
She wouldn’t be enrolled at OSU and receiving a College Education to build a better future for herself, YOU ARE VERY APPRECIATED!!!
Kaydee is doing well and in her second semester at OSU and Loves being an OSU Cowgirl!! She is also a member of Alpha Delta Pi Sorority!

Of course we understand that not only is a College Education Important, but also her Physical Health.
She now has a Primary Care, Dentist and Eye Doctor in Stillwater to keep her healthy.
Her Physical was a great checkup and the fact that we bought her “Boost Drinks” to drink everyday has proven to be the key for her current health.
Her Dentist Appt found a small cavity which will be fixed soon, and we are whitening her teeth and bought her the appropriate electric toothbrush she needs to get that “Beautiful Smile Back”.

Eye Doctor found she has early onset glaucoma via the extra optomat exam that I paid for and that will now be monitored closely so she doesn’t develop vision loss. She did receive some new glasses with a new script to help her with studying and classwork.

ALL IS WELL RIGHT NOW!
She will be moving out of the Dorms and rooming off campus for the rest of her College Education.
She has been working part-time for extra spending cash.
Kaydee recently returned back to her Alma Mater at Ponca City HS for an Alumni Soccer Game against the Varsity Girls HS Soccer Team!

she doesn’t necessarily need anymore donations, but it could certainly help with her upcoming move if you feel like helping a poor college student be successful.
Otherwise! Thank You Everyone! Kaydee was worth every donation given!
And we wanted to give everyone an update on her success so far!
We Will Never Give Up on Kaydee Marie Windom! We Will Never Disown Her! Now that she has become aware of truths in Her Life, She Knows That WE Have Always Loved Her, Cared For Her and Watched From Afar! She Still Needs Financial Help and WE All Need and Value Yours! Every Penny given to her Gofundme at this time will go directly toward her NOC Concurrent Student Bursar Acct. until it is Paid in Full! Listed below in the previous paragraph you will find documentation of the $604.58 amount that was previously owed and now has a balance of $354.58 on her NOC Bursar Account Please either help by paying directly to her account #200006953, name is KAYDEE MARIE WINDOM and NOC phone number listed on statement or please consider donating to her gofundme Account until this paid in Full!

Until Paid she cannot submit her 30 hrs of Transcript Credit to OSU for Freshman Enrollment! Kaydee is working two jobs and paying most of her current living expenses, but is also preparing for OSU Enrollment Fall 2023. She Barely has a Month left! Kaydee recently received a Wonderful Donation of Almost Everything she should need for her OSU Dorm Room This Fall! and She is sooooo Very Appreciative to EVERYONE!!!!!

WOW! Where do I begin to give an update on Kaydee Marie’s whirlwind last semester of High School? Without all your Financial Help and Prayers, Kaydee might not have made it to that end point of walking across that Graduation Stage (Thank You Jenny Creech for buying the Cap, Gown and Tassel) with her Ponca City Classmates of 2023! Not only did Kaydee graduate, she also attended her Prom, Banquets and Awards Ceremonies. Kaydee received a $5000 scholarship from KOCO Free Ride, and has Oklahoma Promise and other academic scholarships to help with College this coming 2023-2024 school year. Her Grandma Debbie jumped through hoops to finally get Kaydee’s SNAP card benefits. Ponca City Schools has deemed Kaydee “an unaccompanied homeless youth, as defined by the College Cost Reduction and Access Act”. We are currently getting her status changed and updated through OSU financial aid, so she can be eligible for more financial aid resources. Kaydee also completed 30 hours of Concurrent enrollment at NOC at Tonkawa. Make no mistake, she couldn’t have done it without ALL THE financial help she has received so far! Kaydee has to ask for help again, as her mother never paid one penny to her NOC Bursar Account since Kaydee started NOC in August of 2022. Tuition was waived, but fees and books are the cost responsibility of the student/parent. Because of this, Her NOC Bursar account is on HOLD, and she can’t get her 30hrs on her transcript. This brings Tears to MY Eyes! Attached you will find documentation of the $604.58 amount owed to her NOC Bursar account and you can either help by paying directly to her account #200006953, name is KAYDEE MARIE WINDOM and NOC phone number is [phone redacted] or please consider donating to her gofundme Account to get this paid! It is not feasible for myself and all the others that have been helping her so far to pay this entire amount right now! Kaydee wants and deserves a College diploma and a legitimate career. Any help you can give to help her achieve that goal will be forever appreciated and you bask in the glory of helping her be a successful adult! Many people have already helped her achieve so many goals already, we just have one more hurdle to climb over! She will have lots of Academic Support once she begins OSU, so she will succeed! Go POKES! At OSU Freshman Orientation with Grandma Debbie. And Go Kaydee Marie and Thank You all for any support you can offer her for her future! ******************** This is Kaydee Marie’s story link as a Free Ride Finalist on KOCO. Kaydee is still homeless and is still looking forward to OSU and her own ambitious future with the help of others who love and adore her. This little girl has endured drama and trauma that most children shouldn’t have to experience. Her main interview took place before Kaydee was removed from her home. Not only has Kaydee suffered the loss of her maternal grandmother but both her maternal and paternal grandfathers have also passed in the last few years. Kaydee’s Paternal Grandmother(shown in photo) is assisting Kaydee the best she can with all things High School related and College related. If it is in your heart to help Kaydee during her time need, she and all of us would be eternally grateful. Kaydee’s goals are simple, Graduate Ponca City High School in May and move to Oklahoma State University to continue her Education. We will help her with a job for expenses in the summer/fall, but she needs financial help now! Please help Kaydee with her educational dreams. She really needs your help! #teamKaydee Kaydee, my Great Niece, is currently in her last semester of High School at Ponca City. She works a part-time job, takes AP classes at Northern Oklahoma College, is one of four Team Captains of the Ponca City Girls Varsity High School Soccer Team, and is one of ten finalists in the Eskridge Free Ride Scholarship Program. She is a very promising individual and is hoping to attend Oklahoma State University this Fall as she has already been accepted. Kaydee’s personal situation has recently changed as her mother has removed Kaydee from the home. There is currently an active DHS Investigation at her mom’s household. Kaydee is now staying with her Paternal Grandmother who is on a fixed Social Security Income. Kaydee is considered the 4th type of homelessness, so Yes, she is HOMELESS. She will have housing at Oklahoma State University beginning in August of 2023. The picture below is Kaydee’s personal property via her mom. Kaydee’s life was placed into trash bags outside in the rain for hours. One of Kaydee’s High School friends rescued it for her. Kaydee has had a rough life experiencing physical, emotional and mental abuse as well as drug and alcohol abuse by those who were supposed to protect her throughout her childhood, and she has still managed to stay focused on her schooling and far away from a World of Addiction, which is a character statement on her part. As we all know your Senior year in High School can be stressful enough without adding additional financial burdens. Her mother has her phone with all her college information and documentation. Her mother also took Kaydee’s car that was left to Kaydee via her Maternal Grandmother who is now deceased. We are taking all the appropriate legal steps with Kaydee to get her personal property returned, but that takes time and she really needs your financial help now! She currently has a busy soccer season, Prom and Graduation upcoming April 15, 2023. She would prefer using Tangles Hair Salon in Ponca City for her hair and Luxor for her nails in Ponca City if you would prefer donating directly to them. As soon as she Graduates we will be assisting her in locating a place of employment in Stillwater and getting her situated into OSU College for the fall semester. We are helping Kaydee with her financial aid at OSU, and small things that we can at this time. Kaydee is a very mature and responsible student and has tried to stay focused and directed during this crisis. Voting is now closed. A committee will now select the winner from the five finalists and Kaydee's personal story of Perseverance and Determintaion to succeed will be reviewed by the KOCO Judges. Kaydee's personal story will air the week of April 24th - 28th on KOCO. The final winner will be announced at the May 2nd Banquet in OKC. or giving some financial aid to her so she can continue to focus on her senior school year and AP classes without the added stresses and burdens of finances, and also helping her move onto Oklahoma State University this fall. Any small monetary donation is very much appreciated and will be used to make sure Kaydee Graduates High School and walks across that stage with her diploma in hand, attends her high school prom, and is emotionally and mentally prepared for OSU this Fall Semester. All Prayers and Positive thoughts are very much appreciated for Kaydee too and please share the link.https://youtu.be/QirVMyFyYFE
