Kayak launch and dock - Eagle Scout project

I am raising money to have a kayak /canoe launch and dock installed in West Bridgewater’s Town River. 
This is my Eagle Scout project and I picked this because I personally enjoy kayaking and have been out on the river many times but the town does not currently have a launch.  
This makes it difficult for some people to use the river.  I hope my project helps others enjoy kayaking and our Town River more.
