IJM Fellowship in The Philippines

Partner with me to Combat Sex Trafficking!
Nearly 2 million children are exploited in the commercial sex trade - UNICEF.
In January 2015, I will be moving to the Philippines to volunteer as a Legal Fellow with International Justice Mission for 12 months.
International Justice Mission is a global team of lawyers, investigators, social workers, community activists and other professionals working in nearly 20 communities around the developing world to protect the poor from violence.
As part of the IJM Manila team, I’ll be assisting with their casework combatting sex trafficking and child sexual assault using the skills I’ve gained over the last 5 years as a criminal prosecutor.
As a volunteer, I am responsible for covering my visa costs, health insurance, housing and living expenses for the duration of my stay. My approved budget for the year is $22,000. Any contribution you are willing and able to make is very much appreciated!
I will also be sending out a monthly newsletter with updates from the field. Please let me know if you would like to receive this.
If you would like to know more about my role in the Philippines or have any other questions, please contact me by clicking on the envelope icon on the side panel or contact link below.
I am so grateful for your support as I start this adventure!
Blessings,
Kate
