Help Ahmed's Family Survive in Gaza
Donation protected
Hello everyone, I’m Karissa from Louisiana, USA. I’m helping my friend Ahmed and his family through this fundraiser.
The situation in Gaza is devastating, and even a small contribution can make a huge difference. Every dollar raised is sent directly to Ahmed from me via PayPal to help him provide food, shelter, and education for his family.
Here is Ahmed’s story in his own words:
---
Ahmed’s Family of Eleven Fled Bombing in Rafah. Now They Struggle to Survive in Central Gaza.
Ahmed used to live in Rafah with his wife, children, and extended family. One night, heavy bombing damaged their home and forced them to flee.
Now they are 11 people — including Ahmed, his wife, his married son, his son’s wife, their baby girl Sila, and other children — all sheltering with relatives in central Gaza (Deir al-Balah area). The "house" is overcrowded, and there is barely enough food or water to survive:
Ahmed says:
“We were forced to flee Rafah. Now we live with relatives in a small home. There are 11 of us here, and we have nothing — no work, no food, and no space to breathe.”
Before the war, Ahmed ran a small carpentry shop, his only source of income. It was destroyed in the bombing, along with his tools and his hopes of supporting the family.
He suffers from high blood pressure, and his children — both young and older — cannot continue their education. Schools are destroyed, and there is no money for private lessons.
