<div>Ahmed’s Family of Eleven Fled Bombing in Rafah. Now They Struggle to Survive in Central Gaza.

<div>Ahmed used to live in Rafah with his wife, children, and extended family. One night, heavy bombing damaged their home and forced them to flee.
</div>

</div>
<div>Now they are 11 people — including Ahmed, his wife, his married son, his son’s wife, their baby girl Sila, and other children — all sheltering with relatives in central Gaza (Deir al-Balah area). The "house" is overcrowded, and there is barely enough food or water to survive:

<div><strong>“We were forced to flee Rafah. Now we live with relatives in a small home. There are 11 of us here, and we have nothing — no work, no food, and no space to breathe.”</strong>

<div>Before the war, Ahmed ran a small carpentry shop, his only source of income. It was destroyed in the bombing, along with his tools and his hopes of supporting the family.

<div>He suffers from high blood pressure, and his children — both young and older — cannot continue their education. Schools are destroyed, and there is no money for private lessons.
