To all that have known Charnell "Nell" Oxford knew that she knew no strangers.  She's always had a kind word, a welcoming shoulder and another "friend" for you to meet.  It is still hard to believe someone as vibrant, giving and wonderful as she is no longer here. Nell lived her life to the fullest!

Nell and I have been friends for over 20 years.   Looking back over the years she was there for me in so many ways.  She was the only friend of mine that showed up for my son's graduation, I helped her move into her apartment here in St. Louis and attended her pledging ceremony for SGR... She left us much too soon.

Her friends were also her family and it made no difference your title, race or creed  she had enough love to share. 

Please help us show Nell, the same love she showed us both individually and collectively.  We want to make her homegoing a special one and we need your help and support to do so.  Please share your special memories and thoughts as well.
