Justin's Legal Case

Justin has a legal case that needs to be rectified by hiring a lawyer. There is a video that shows the entire incident in question, which proves Justin was assaulted in a mental Hospital while under their care by the Orderly. However, during the "struggle" Justin accidentally scratched the Orderly. The orderly then pressed charges for assault. Please remember, Justin was under the care of a mental hospital at the time he was assaulted. 3 years ago, I had to travel to NJ, as many may remember ; and bring him to Louisiana in order to get him the proper mental help he needed. When I did this, I picked him up from Presbyterian Hospital in Philadelphia, brought him home, and I took care of him. During this time, the case was seen in court, and of course; Justin was under the care of a mental hospital. We sent proof of all of this to the Pro Bono attorney, along with all medical records from all hospitals. In short, even with this documentation, the state of NJ is calling him a fugitive. We have called his pro Bono attorney on several occasions to see how to go about this, and he has not responded to any email, text or voicemail. So, we MUST hire a lawyer. Justin is innocent of this charge, and we are pretty sure the case will be thrown out, however, we both must travel to NJ for 6 weeks to 3 months. As many of you know, I run a business here in Florida, which will have to be put on hold until we are done with this.
When he turns himself in, he will likely go to jail without bail until he gets a court date. When the court date comes, we are hoping for the best. As most of you know, it has been a struggle dealing with this. We just moved to Florida not too long ago, and work is tight due to Corona Virus. So we are extremely short on funds to hire a lawyer. I am Justin's Mother and I am asking for any help in any way possible. Justin is only 24 years old, and this has a potential to ruin his entire life, if we don't hire a lawyer.
