Justice Fund for Nick Orticelli

So, I started this fund with one thing in mind:

Help my friend.

Many of you do not know Nick, but think you've got him pegged.

I get that.

I can tell you, however, you don't. 

But, this isn't about Nick.

At its core, this is about fighting a corporately-backed tool who uses that corporation's resources to attack a guy who calls him out. 

Nick came in with the truth. The tool came back with attacks.

He came back with attacks against Nick's wife, Nick's church and Nick himself.

I understand many of you look at this and say "He didn't have to say anything. If he would've kept his mouth shut..."

You're right.

He could have kept his mouth shut. We can do that, right?

NOTHING changes when we do that. We ALL need to speak up.

Nick does speak up. And speaking up is what Bauerle is claiming is his "crime". 

One guy with a microphone, who is given the liberty to use that resource by a huge corporation, is trying to get another guy who doesn't have that same resource to shut up.

How? By filing a charge of harassment.

Yeah.

Tom Bauerle.

The guy with the microphone and the backing of a multi-million dollar corporation has filed a harassment charge against a guy who used Tom's own words to make a point. 

Ironic, wouldn't you say?

You may not like everything Nick says.

Fine.

But, he is getting rooked. He, now, has to fight a joke of a harassment charge because a man-child can't handle the consequences of his own words.

I guarantee you, Nick would be the FIRST person on your side if you were being wronged.
