After 20years fighting for justice for our loved ones, the Gosport War Memorial Hopital Inquiry Panel have laid out the facts.

The monies will be used to seek the legal advise we need from a Barrister. The terms of reference that the panel investigated under could not make future recommendations, we have been left now to fight our own corner. After these shocking revelations justice needs to be served. It costs a lot of money get legal representation so please. If just 100,000 people have £1 we would be in our way.
Old age and vulnerability will affect us all in some way, don’t let this travesty get swept under the carpet. Live in a country that does the right thing and support Gosport Victims.
For clarity to donors I will be withdrawing the funds and delivering them to a legal company/barrister as we are seeking advice on next steps since the report was published last week. We have been told that it will be 'difficult' to gain a criminal conviction against the individuals at the hospital, but we cannot understand why there hasn't even been an arrest. As every organisation has had a hand in this injustice this is a matter of corporate manslaughter and we need to legal funds to take this forward.
