My name is Taylor Jones and I am a friend of the family and have been given permission to start this fundraiser.

It is with a heavy heart that we share a beloved father, son, brother, friend and more was tragically and wrongfully taken from us on Thursday (6/5/25) during an encounter with law enforcement. A thorough investigation is underway as the press release and articles being shared are not accurate according to many witnesses. We are humbly asking for any financial support the community can offer the family as they navigate funeral expenses, and providing for his three children as they now have to grow up without a father.

Thank you for your love and support as we navigate this unbearable and unbelievable situation. Anything helps, even just a share. Let’s bring this family the justice and support they deserve.

Thanks to all the generous donations, we were able to give Nicholas a beautiful mass and service surrounded by love on August 30th, 2025. We are deeply grateful for the overwhelming generosity shown by our loved ones, peers and strangers. It meant the world to his family to see the community come together in such a powerful way to remember our guy. However as his family continues to grieve, their challenges are far from over. Nicholas's children still need our love and support as they face the days ahead. Adrienne continues to navigate both the financial and emotional realities of life without him for their children. Any further donations will go directly to supporting them and expenses related to these ongoing matters.
