Justice for Eugene Atkins

This is Eugene Atkins a resident of Grand Rapids, Mi who has spent the last 16 years of his life in a federal prison. Eugene was convicted of selling heroin that led to the death of Matthew Mckinney. Matthew's friend Chris Perrin gave Matthew these drugs and rode Matthew around town as he was overdosing in the seat next to him and ultimately left him to die alone in a car never seeking medical attention. Chris Perrin who overdosed a few years later was the star witness in Eugene's case and was given a slap of the wrist while Eugene was given natural life in prison.
