Justice for Ciera: Support Nick Locklair

Young Attorney Ciera Locklair Breland was reported missing in late February, 2022 by her husband of less than a year, Xavier Breland. Xavier was immediately, and remains the only person of interest in the suspicious disappearance of Ciera. He is currently incarcerated in the Indiana Department of Correction for an “unrelated” felony weapons charge that stems from two days after he reported his wife missing.

As you can imagine, an active missing person’s case in which the missing person is suspected to be dead at the hands of foul play has too many details to recount in a space like this. In the 2.5 years since Ciera went missing, her family has spent tens of thousands of dollars in trying to find their daughter, get justice for what is quite obviously her murder, and to fight for custody of her baby, who was just 5 months old when she vanished. These fights continue, and have become a huge burden to bear for her retired Dad, who also very unexpectedly lost his wife and Ciera’s Mother, Kellie, last year.

Ciera’s Father, Nick Locklair, is the sole beneficiary of this fundraiser, and any and all funds raised will be used in the fight for justice for Ciera Locklair Breland.
